It is the role of journalists to inform the public about current affairs, certain themes, and how those things affect their and everyone else daily life. They spend a lot of time speaking with known sources, researching information from public records and other sources, and occasionally visiting the locations where newsworthy events occurred. I find it fascinating to be able to hear both sides of the stories and to allow others to do the same. Quality Today's journalism is influenced by the organizational practices and professional standards found in contemporary media firms. It is clear that habits and conventions have an impact on how journalists cover politics. Professional standards now in place, including objectivity, are neither desired, useful, or feasible as they are currently being used. This is due to the fact that a journalist's identity has been distorted into a mere shell of what the field once was. There is a means for reporting to carry out their media watchdog function. Investigative journalism should be revived in the context of the contemporary media landscape and American politics, in my opinion. But first, we need to rediscover what a journalist is. Journalists are responsible for educating the public about events and some topics and how they affect their lives. They spend much of their time interviewing expert sources, searching public records and other sources for information, and sometimes visiting the scenes or other newsworthy occurrence took place which for me sounds interesting to be able to hear both sides of the stories and allow others to hear them as well, my team in a project where we had to source children who had challenges. My main aim was to make the children go viral and get sponsors to help them. I used all my creative skills and implemented ideas. Lastly, I ensured each team member did their tasks effectively. In the end, we managed to get more sponsors than expected; hence the children were helped.
